Taking Care of Our Own

MD. Mujibur Rahman, the Assistant Manager of Merchandising and design. He has been working here as a loyal employee for more than a decade and contributed to the growth of the company. On 2nd May, this year, he was admitted to Sirajul Islam Medical College due to a brain attack. X Index stood by him and took the onus of his full treatment cost.

MD. Sufeaun Badshais the Manager of the HR & Admin department. His career with X Index Companies spans more than 13 years. He had an accident on the way to Agargaon Passport Office. Immediately he was admitted to National Orthopedic Hospital. XIC is bearing the cost of his full treatment and supporting him by providing a full salary

Samik Sinha Ray, the ex-Vice President (Marketing) of Venus Ceramica got a block on his heart during his tenure. He got admitted to a hospital and X Index Companies took full responsibility for his treatment.

Abdul Hakim, a mason from the engineering and estimation department is suffering from a chronic disease for a long time. X Index employee welfare department got him admitted to popular hospital and his treatment is still going there.
